How to Order

Welcome to CJ Designs! We appreciate each and every order.

CJ Designs products are currently available for order DIRECTLY through this site with your credit card through PAYPAL.  If you don’t see it, Please ask.

If you are looking for that custom part, but just can’t find it.  Please try the CJ Designs search function first located on the right side of the page.

Have you seen a product some place else, but not sure if we have it.   Then please email or call us with a list of what you are looking for and we will work with you one on one to put a custom order together.

Please see our Events Page for Shop Closure dates. When CJ Designs is CLOSED, no orders will ship from us during this time.

Without your support we couldn’t do what we do.

If you have a “wish list” for your special project or bike build send us an email. We are happy to get you a quote. We offer many parts on our website but that isn’t ALL we offer. We have many vendors / offerings that might be just right for what you need.

What you need to know when you order from us:

TERMS/POLICIES (If you are not clear on our terms or policies please contact us.)

  • Nothing ships until it is paid for in full.
  • We are not held responsible for parts or products that are ordered incorrectly. We expect you know what YEAR, MAKE and MODEL motorcycle you are ordering for.  If you are unsure and would like assistance please email or call for assistance.
  • It is up to you to let us know if there are ANY special shipping requirements for your order. ( IE “only ship USPS”)
  • If you are notified a part or product is “sold out” or on “back order” it is our policy to ship your order complete once it is back in stock. Split shipments will incur a separate shipping fee. We will email you directly if anything you ordered is not available.  Feel free to email us ahead of time to check stock if you are concerned.
  • We ship 5 days a week. Monday thru Friday (Unless otherwise noted) If you require expedited shipping please text or email us. We will work to get you a quote and details.

    3. Expedited shipping cost will be applied to your order according to the speed/labor/time that is calculated for the specific request.
  • You will be charged for shipping UNLESS otherwise indicated on a product page (IE special promos we might be running, etc.)
    1. If you are not charged for shipping at the time of check out you will be sent an invoice for shipping charges due via paypal. (You do not need a paypal account to pay. You can use your debit or credit card OR paypa account).
    2. If you have been over charged for shipping you will receive a refund via paypal. If you have any questions please email or call us.
    3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- Your shipping charges will not be calculated at the time of check out. We prefer to hand calculate your shipping charges to ensure you get the correct charges.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us that contains a shipping quote.

When you tell us what service you would like we will then send you a paypal invoice for shipping due.

Once paid your order will ship.

  1. Import duties and/or taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office for more information. We do not factor in this amount when collecting shipping charges due.
  2. CJ Designs cannot be held responsible for customs delays.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS READ ON……

  1. CANADA – We are testing a new shipping calculator for your orders. In many instances you will be able to choose a shipping service with a shipping charge associated. If for some reason the calculation looks suspicions to you please email us and we will inspect. If you are NOT charged for shipping then the above mentioned in section b. will apply to you.
  • Insurance on Domestic and International orders is NOT included. If you require your order to be insured please contact us.
  • REFUNDS/RETURNS/WARRANTY
    1. SEE applicable section. ALL TERMS APPLY. If you are not clear on our terms or policies please contact us.
  • FOR Domestic and International orders… we do our best to accurately ship your package so it makes it to the intended destination. BUT mix ups happen that are sometimes out of our control. (CJ Designs is not responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN packages). We will do our due diligence to follow up with the shipper (USPS, UPS, etc.) to figure out what is needed to resolve the issue and make sure you the buyer is communicated with in a timely manner.
