We have complete kits and basic kits in stock.
These are a custom USA produced shaft made in small batches with our specified material and coatings.
-CJ DESIGNS KTM LC8 waterpump shaft kits.
PREMIUM- 3YR/ 36,000 MILE Warranty on the shaft to original purchaser.
-Basic: (shaft, seal, and 2 c-clips) "Pump-lite" If you're still running the stock shaft, this is nice to have on the bike "just in case".
-Complete: All parts needed to rebuild the pump. (gaskets, bearings, o-rings, clips, impeller, shaft and seals)
"Super Shaft" pump kits are in stock that will work for the stock pumps. I offer a 36,000 mile/ 3yr warranty on these. If it fails, I'll replace the shaft to the
original purchaser for FREE. Will anyone else do that??
Shafts are laser marked so you know you have the NEW CJ DESIGNS shaft and not an impostor.
A pic of your odometer and VIN will be kept on file to verify. Install to KTM directions. Warranty will not cover OEM KTM parts or improperly installed parts. Send us the info once installed.
If you have a 950 LC8 and want to upgrade to the NEWER style Pump housing and Impeller we can off that too. It's an extra $55 for the pump housing.
