OCT fun day on the track 2009
Oct 25 2009 was suppose to be our RGN Enduro race in Leaf River, IL. With so much rain
the week before it was looking like it may be called off. Plan "B"....we have our own fun day!
Called up a few RGN racers and buddies then we hit the trails. Weather was great. No rain,
sunny and about 55F. Plenty of leaves on the ground made the track slippery for the first
hour or so.
These guys are fast and had the track burned in and easy to follow in now time. Here are a
few of the pics from the day.

I hear so many riders complain that they can't get both
feet on the ground w/ these tall bikes. If this is you
contact Dave for some riding tips. He's 5'5". Didn't slow
him down one bit. Great job Dave, You sure ripped it up.

Jack is a very smooth and FAST rider ripping up the track on his modified Yamaha. I got
a chance to take this out and it is such a fun bike to ride, Power everywhere and about
1/2 the weight on my 950.

I see Mike every time I head down to Petrie Motorsports. (About 2-3
times a month) He's always working his butt off to get everyone elses
stuff fixed so they can have fun. I was happy to see he made it up to
ride w/ us.....and that he did. He hit the track at 10am and didn't stop
until he ran out of fuel. Hope to see you up here more often.
