International/Domestic
We do ship worldwide. If you are interested in placing an international order with us please review our
polices below.

Domestic order are shipped USPS.  Normally 2-3 day Priority.

Please note: Our International Ordering Policies only apply to orders shipped outside the USA. If you are
placing an order with a delivery destination inside the United States please see our standard ordering
information pages. Alaska and Hawaii fall under our standard shipping policies. Of course, do not hesitate to
contact us with any questions you may have.

There is a $50 minimum (before shipping costs) on any international order. This only applies to orders
shipped outside the USA. If you are placing an order with a delivery destination within the United States no
minimums apply.

We do not accept credit cards on orders outside the USA, no exceptions.  You would need to pay by sending
a PAYPAL payment in U.S. Dollars.

Please also note: import duties and/or taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility. Check with your local
customs office for more information.

Terms:
We will ship your order after payment is received and funds are verified.

We ship USPS Priority insured for the value of products purchased.  If you request otherwise, all sales are
final and we can not take any responsibility for lost or delayed items.

International shipping can be expensive.  Prices quoted are for your entire order shipped together.  If you
request to split shipments, extra postage fees may be applied.  We try our best to keep you posted on any
changes or delays to your order that may slow it's shipment from CJ Designs.

Delays during international shipments are not uncommon.  Normally packages arrive in 7-12 days, but
sometimes they take up to 30 days.  If they do not show up please contact your local Customs office first.  CJ
Designs cannot be held responsible for such delays.  The order and transaction is considered complete
upon the merchandise being taken into possession by the shipping carrier.  Once shipped, an order cannot
be cancelled.  Any refused shipments will result in NO REFUND to your account.  If item is lost on
International orders, purchase price will only be refunded AFTER 30 days has passed AND USPS has
issued a LOST statement or paid out the insurance claim.

ALL ORDERS:
Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable. You must contact us before sending your parts back.  They
must be in "NEW" condition and are subject to 15% restocking fee.  All packages must have a RA# on the
outside of the box.  Returns and exchanges for orders outside the USA must be prepaid and are subject to
additional freight costs. No returns after 60 days or any parts used for racing.  NO warranty on any parts used
for racing.

Import duties and taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs
office for more information.

How to place an international order:

We will respond back to you with a confirmed total including shipping charges.
